Leonard Nimoy, Jewish actor most well-known for his role as Spock on the Star Trek science fiction series, describes the beginning of his acting career at the Elizabeth Peabody House in Boston's West End. His first venture into the world beyond his insular neighborhood, he shares how this early role inspired him to pursue an acting career.
