Paper Bridges: Teaching the Holocaust Through Yiddish Literature is open to high school teachers, grades 9-12, who will be teaching a class that will include a Holocaust unit in Fall 2025 or Spring 2026. For example, this could be a history, social studies, literature, or civics class, where at least 6 hours of class time is regularly used to discuss some aspect of the Holocaust. Successful applicants will agree to develop and implement a lesson plan based on the Paper Bridges materials that will account for at least 2 hours of class time. The application deadline is March 9, 2025.
