YiddishSchool: Program Activities

Classes and events will be held via Zoom. Participants will also use Slack for announcements and asynchronous communication throughout the week.

Below is a sample daily schedule for YiddishSchool, shown in Eastern Time. You can download a tentative schedule of the full week below. Note that some activities are core parts of the program, while others are optional.

11:00 a.m.-12:30 p.m. ET—Yiddish class (with a 15-miute break)
12:30-1:30 p.m. ET—Break
1:30-3:00 p.m. ET—Yiddish class (with a 15-miute break)
3:00-4:00 p.m. ET—Break
4:00-5:00 p.m. ET—Optional activities: Yiddish book show-and-tell or study/social hour
5:15-6:15 p.m. ET—Yiddish music workshop with the Strauss-Warschauer Duo
