Visitors can use Bloomberg Connects while on-site or explore the app from anywhere, at any time.
Our digital guide includes information to help you plan your visit and includes highlights of our groundbreaking exhibition, Yiddish: A Global Culture, which showcases the extraordinary story of modern Yiddish culture through hundreds of rare objects, family heirlooms, photographs, music, and videos.
Our Bloomberg Connects guide features:
- A video welcome from executive director Susan Bronson
- A curator’s overview with David Mazower
- Detailed explorations of the exhibition’s featured sections including videos and audio clips
- An up-close look at artifacts both from our collections and on loan
- Additional information about the Yiddish Book Center including links to help plan your visit
How to Download Bloomberg Connects and find the Yiddish Book Center Guide
- The app is available for iOS and Android devices. Scan the QR code or search “Bloomberg Connects” in the App Store or in Google Play. For more information, visit bloombergconnects.org.
2. Open the app and scroll down to find the Yiddish Book Center or use the search bar in the top left corner to find us.
3. Click on the Yiddish Book Center’s icon and hit the button labeled “Start Guide” to view our digital museum guide.
4. When the guide opens, you will be able to scroll to explore our content, including information about the Yiddish Book Center and a guide to Yiddish: A Global Culture. You’ll also be able to view our calendar of events, learn about upcoming visiting exhibits, and browse our online museum store.
