A Unique Space for Your Wedding, Bar or Bas Mitzvah, Conference – whatever the occasion
The Yiddish Book Center offers a lovely setting and unique place for family simkhes (celebrations), weddings, bar and bas mitzvahs conferences, and community events. Located in Amherst, in the heart of Western Massachusetts' Pioneer Valley, the Center is surrounded by peaceful gardens, a ten-acre apple orchard, and a spectacular view of the rolling Holyoke Range.
Outside, our architecturally distinct building echoes traditional Eastern European design, with gabled roofs and cedar siding; inside, the space opens to a light-filled space overlooking the main floor repository, galleries, theater, and performance hall.
All indoor rental spaces are fully accessible and air-conditioned. A professional kosher dairy kitchen is available for use by approved caterers.
The Yiddish Book Center has both indoor and outdoor rental spaces suitable for all occasions
